Pizza Ranch Dressing
A creamy and tangy tomato-based ranch dressing that is best when tossed with crisp romaine. A perfect side for your pizza night!
Ingredients
For the dressing:
- ¾ cup prepared Little Sioux Kitchen Herby Ranch Dip
- 1 ½ teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh cracked pepper, to taste
For the salad:
- romaine lettuce with shredded carrots and red cabbage
- pepperoni
- croutons
- shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a large salad bowl and toss desired amounts with romaine mix, pepperoni, croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese.
