
Garam Masala Popcorn
An aromatic blend of Indian spices paired with savory nutritional yeast, added for both flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons neutral tasting oil or butter
- 1 packet Garam Masala Popcorn Seasoning Little Sioux Kitchen
Optional, to make it sweet:
- ¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
Optional, to make it spicy:
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Air pop popcorn kernels into a large bowl.
- Drizzle with oil or butter, toss evenly to coat.
- Sprinkle contents of Garam Masala Popcorn Seasoning packet on popcorn, toss evenly to coat.

- Note: To make it sweet, prior to adding the packet contents, stir in the sugar. Additionally, it will taste extra sweet if you use butter rather than oil.To make it spicy, prior to adding the packet contents, stir in the cayenne pepper.
