Greek Chicken Thighs

Making supper couldn't be easier using this Greek Seasoning packet! See below for directions on how to roast, grill or smoke the chicken.

- 1 Greek Seasoning packet Little Sioux Kitchen
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6-8 bone-in skin on chicken thighs
Optional, for garnish:
- fresh chopped Greek herbs, olives, and lemon wedges
In a large bowl, whisk packet contents with olive oil and lemon juice. Add chicken to bowl, turning to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Roast, grill, or smoke until thoroughly cooked (175℉ internal temperature). See below for directions.
