Greek Meatballs

These tender and juicy Mediterranean-inspired meatballs are roasted on a sheet pan and easy to prepare!

- 1 Greek Seasoning packet Little Sioux Kitchen
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ⅔ cup crumbled feta
- 1 pound ground beef, or other ground meat of choice
- 1 pound ground lamb, or other ground meat of choice
Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add Greek Seasoning packet contents into a large bowl along with the olive oil, lemon juice, milk, eggs, panko and crumbled feta. Whisk until smooth and then let sit for about 10 minutes or until the panko has softened.
Add beef and lamb and mix together until just combined.
Form meat mixture into 1/4 cup-sized meatballs and place evenly on prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the meatballs over and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
