Loco Chicken Thighs

Making supper couldn't be easier using this Loco Seasoning packet! See below for directions on how to roast, grill or smoke the chicken.

- 1 Loco Seasoning packet Little Sioux Kitchen
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 6-8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
Optional, for serving:
- roasted veggies, lemon wedges, rice, fresh cilantro
In a large bowl, whisk packet contents with olive oil. Add chicken to bowl, turn to evenly coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Roast, grill, or smoke until thoroughly cooked (175℉ internal temperature). See below for directions.
