Beef Tostadas

Super easy crispy tortillas topped with beef taco meat, refried beans and toppings. Think of them as open-faced tacos!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef taco meat, prepared with Little Sioux Kitchen Taco Seasoning
  • 6-8 tostadas, warmed according to package instructions
  • 1 16-ounce can refried black beans, warmed

Optional, toppings:

  • shredded lettuce
  • pico de gallo
  • guacamole
  • sour cream
  • hot sauce
  • grated Cotija cheese
  • jalapenos, chopped
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Spread a layer of refried beans on the tostadas, then add some shredded lettuce. Next add some prepared taco meat & the toppings you like!
