Slow Cooker Creamy Greek Chicken Pasta

This is a super easy slow cooker recipe featuring Mediterranean spices, creamy chicken, past & feta cheese. Great for busy weeknights!

- 1 Greek Seasoning packet Little Sioux Kitchen
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked to al dente
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- crushed red pepper, to taste
In a large slow cooker, stir together packet contents with olive oil and lemon juice.
Add chicken; turn to coat.
Add broth, cream, and cream cheese. Stir and cook on low for 4 hours.
Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces. Stir in pasta and feta.
Cook on low for 15-20 minutes. Add crushed red pepper to taste.
