Slow Cooker Creamy Greek Chicken Pasta

This is a super easy slow cooker recipe featuring Mediterranean spices, creamy chicken, past & feta cheese. Great for busy weeknights!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Greek Seasoning packet Little Sioux Kitchen
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked to al dente
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • crushed red pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large slow cooker, stir together packet contents with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Add chicken; turn to coat.
  • Add broth, cream, and cream cheese. Stir and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Shred chicken into bite-sized pieces. Stir in pasta and feta.
  • Cook on low for 15-20 minutes. Add crushed red pepper to taste.
