Spicy Cajun Crab Dip


The perfect party dip full of spicy Cajun flavor!  Just add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, imitation crab and hot sauce.  Can also be used to make pinwheels! See below for ingredients, instructions, and recipe ideas.
INGREDIENTS: Cajun Seasoning (Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Fine Ground Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme, Crushed Red Pepper), Dried Chives, Dried Parsley, Dried Minced Onion (Dehydrated Onion), Cayenne Pepper (Red Pepper), California Lemon Peel (Lemon Peel and Sodium Sulfite, added as a preservative)
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine packet contents with 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 8 ounces imitation crab, and 1 teaspoon hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Beat together until the crab breaks apart into small pieces and everything is combined. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
To prepare as Spicy Cajun Crab Pinwheels, spread Spicy Cajun Crab Dip mixture evenly over softened tortillas.  Add chopped fresh produce of your choice (bell peppers, celery, green onions, parsley, etc.).  Roll up tightly and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about an hour, then slice and serve.
